Program Design

The Women's Support and Empowerment Training was conceived as an internal capacity-building initiative to promote gender inclusion, raise awareness of women's health issues, and build a more supportive workplace culture. The program covered menstrual hygiene, inclusive workplace practices, and rights-based approaches to gender equity.

Facilitation & Delivery

Training sessions were facilitated with interactive methods including group discussions, case studies, and Q&A formats. Content was developed specifically for the operational context of a medical campus environment, ensuring relevance and practical applicability for all staff.
