Engagement Framework
Effective stakeholder engagement is a cornerstone of responsible project development. The Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) developed for Roha Medical Campus PLC mapped all relevant parties — from local community members and government institutions to consultants, contractors, and project-affected persons — establishing protocols for consultation, communication, and grievance management.
Stakeholder Mapping
Stakeholders were categorized by influence, interest, and proximity to project activities. Engagement methods were tailored to each group: community consultations for local residents, formal correspondence with government authorities, technical briefings for consultants, and direct household visits for project-affected persons.
An effective engagement plan is a living document — it must be updated as relationships evolve and new stakeholders emerge.
Consultation Outcomes
Community consultations and awareness campaigns were coordinated to ensure meaningful participation. All sessions were documented and outcomes fed back into E&S management processes, including grievance mechanism updates and revised communication protocols.
