Program Overview

As part of Roha Medical Campus PLC's Corporate Social Responsibility mandate, the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Program was designed to address a critical gap in menstrual health resources across local schools and underserved communities. The program encompassed procurement, distribution, and awareness campaigns delivered in coordination with community representatives and local authorities.

Implementation Approach

The program followed a structured three-phase approach: needs assessment and stakeholder mapping; procurement and logistics coordination; and community delivery paired with awareness sessions covering menstrual health, hygiene best practices, and rights-based messaging.

Donor Compliance & Documentation

Program documentation was maintained in accordance with international donor requirements, including those of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Development Bank (AfDB), and U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). All activities were logged, reported, and filed per ESMS protocols.

Sustainable CSR programs require more than donation logistics — they require community trust, accurate data, and continuous follow-up.
